This post-natal ritual begins with our deeply relaxing New Bloom Post Natal Massage with Javanese Spice Belly Wrap designed to tone and relax the new mama’s postnatal body.

Following the abdominal massage techniques, a warming blend of herbs and spices is applied to her belly and secured with a firm wrap. This is covered with a warm pack (known traditionally as ‘mother roasting’) which helps to tone the abdominal muscles, skin, and organs.

While the soothing wrap does its work, you will receive a blissfully relaxing neck, scalp and face massage. The wrap is designed to be worn to go home and removed after a couple of hours. It is recommended to have three to six postnatal massages and wraps to receive the full benefits.

She is then snuggled up in a cozy robe and invited into the seclusion of our private Peaceful Mama Nap Room and served a cup of Milkmaid organic herbal tea and a delicious snack. She then has the chance to relax back in the recliner for a well-deserved rest, or listen to our selection of relaxing music or guided relaxations & meditations.
